In recognition for my robust research I have been awarded the prestigious Dissertation Program Fellowship for the 2026 - 27 academic year.
This summer I will be giving two international talks:
1) In Berlin, Germany I will be appropriately discussing fascism.
2) In Melbourne, Australia I will be discussing Colonialism and the Indigenous population of West Asia.

“Now-time” to Interrupt Fascism with Theatre

As a PhD Candidate in Comparative Literature writing my dissertation on the intersection between theatre and fascism. I argue that theatre is a liminal space that continuously unfolds in the "now." It is in this "Now-time" with its infinite iterations that we might be able to interrupt the myth-producing machine of fascism.
